What do different groups of people think is and isn't ethical regarding Stem Cell Research and why do they feel this way?
Way too often technology advances faster than our ethics do causing a gap between ethics and technology. Now this has occurred once again with the sensitive subject of Stem Cell Research. Our goal is to provide a resource with plentiful information and facts without bias. We want to help educate people on the facts of Stem Cell Research and help them make their own informed decisions about what they believe is ethical and moral to them.
What Are Stem Cells?
Stem cells are generally cells that are undifferentiated (Have not matured into a specific type of cell, such as a skin cell). This allows these cells to become almost any type of cell found in the human body. There are generally three types of Stem Cells; Adult, Embryonic, and Cord Stem Cells.
